- 1-1.5 hour visit in the comfort of your home, typically during the 3rd trimester
- Preparatory guidance to plan for the postpartum period
- Education on infant care, safety, and lactation
- Education and preparation for postpartum healing
- Referral to community resources, as needed
- Relevant educational resources and videos sent to your inbox after our visit
- Follow-up questions answered by e-mail
Daytime Postpartum Support - Starting at $45 per hour
- 4 hours of in-home support per visit
- Assistance and education with infant care
- Support and education for breastfeeding
- Emotional support during this major life transition
- Space to process your birth story
- Support with postpartum healing
- Light household assistance, such as baby laundry and washing bottles and/or pump parts
- Light meal preparation of nourishing foods
- Referral to community resources, as needed
- Text support during the week of service
Lactation Support - Starting at $60 per visit
- 1-1.5 hour visit in the comfort of your home
- Education and assistance with proper positioning, latch, and feeding frequency
- Guidance on identifying feeding cues and normal newborn feeding behavior
- Instruction on establishing and maintaining milk supply
- Education regarding breast pumps, maintaining milk supply while pumping, and breastmilk storage
- Referral to community resources, as needed
